Interest in the natural world has been my strongest since I was a child. I love animals of all kinds and have enjoyed traveling to many a zoo and national park worldwide although the Lion is my personal favourite and the Tiger is a close second. I hope these works will inspire animal lovers to further understand conservation of the natural world and come to the understand that without animals like the Lion the world would be a sad place.

Although I didn’t realise until my teens, Travel has always been one of my interests. My favourite travel destinations have mainly been to places that have something to do with my favourite animals, the Lion, and the Tiger although I even enjoy other places. There are many more places I would love to travel to and even though I have not been there yet, I have shared information about these as well as that of places I have been to.

Music, Movies and TV have been a big part of my life. Movies and Television, for me, are related not just through film but also through their genres and their connection to my other interests such as literature. I have had as much of an interest music as in as movies and television and the different genres inspire me to write about them.

For years I felt that personal life is something we keep to ourselves and not necessary to share. Then, when going through many past experiences, I thought some of these memories were representative of aspects that I want to forget about. Fanfiction
Movies and Literature leave an impression upon us through the characters that bring them to life. We love these stories so much that we want to make our own stories about the characters we love. It is possible to do this by creating a world where characters from different stories come together as long as the audience can relate to their world. Some of these stories are based on elements that I loved as a child and still do.
Original Stories
My interest in writing has been influenced by other interests and of course from being an avid reader as a child. While I started off by writing about animals, I opened my mind to other genres and soon found myself writing stories related to people such as crime and mythology. I continue writing and am inspired by my interests.
Book Reviews
Literature is what I was really immersed in when growing up and it ranged from animal related works to crime, biography, supernatural and travel, some of which are works of fiction, others fact. The stories behind the finished element that tell the story are just as interesting as the story itself that that is what reviews are all about.
Supernatural
My interest in the supernatural began when I was nine years old. I learnt of the many mysterious entities which are probably creations of imagination. Most of us don’t want to entertain conversations about supernatural aspects because they represent negativity. Even then, the supernatural continues to fascinate mankind who want to understand it. The world of the supernatural has been represented in all kinds of media and serves as entertainment. These posts are all representative of the unexplained.

Lion of Singapore
Singapore has been known as the Lion City since the late 13th century when it was discovered by Sumatran Prince Sang Nila Utama, who saw what he thought was a Lion on the island and renamed it Singapura. Since then, the Lion has been worshipped as a God, exalted in Singaporean culture and religion, used as a political and academic symbol in Singapore, and been a huge part of popular culture across the island. This book explores the nexus between the Lion and what he symbolises in Singapore, and delves into the relationships between the Lion and the country’s history and culture.
